An experienced mentor, Sarah is dedicated to helping others to understand their goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

Vanessa is a Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years’ experience, which includes working in corporate finance and holding directorships in a number of high-profile entrepreneurial East Anglian businesses. She set up FD Strategies in 2011 to provide Finance Director expertise to businesses that do not have their own full-time FD. Vanessa has worked part-time for almost 30 years – successfully balancing family life with senior business roles. Throughout her career, Vanessa has always been keen to promote the importance of women in the workplace and championing working parents and this is why she has been inspired to be part of the We Can Programme.

Lucy is Managing Director of Norfolk Network, a successful and ever-growing networking group of like-minded business professionals. She’s been a prominent networker in the local business community for the last 15 years and is passionate about discovering, championing and connecting people and inspiring and creating opportunities for the next generation of business leaders. Lucy runs networking workshops at the local universities and leads a successful student volunteering programme. We Can is an excellent networking opportunity,” says Lucy. For events entrepreneur Barbara Reed the decision to start her own company, Breed Events, was a no-brainer. Having arrived in Norwich from her native Switzerland with £40 and a backpack a decade ago, Barbara knew she had the tenacity and drive to navigate the pitfalls as a small business owner. She also wanted to bring her expertise and passions together – designing creative events and being a champion for other women in business.

Following a 20+ year career as a Police Officer in London which included extensive delivery of management training, Kate moved to Norwich. In 2007 she and her husband set up Right Angle Events as a team building and team development company. It is now operating nationally and internationally and has won many awards. She has a passion for encouraging other women in business and fulfilling their potential.

Amy is a Partner at Howes Percival and specialises in all areas of family law, specifically focusing on complex financial matters arising during a relationship breakdown. As a member of Resolution and a trained collaborative lawyer, Amy helps clients to work through their differences to reach an agreement. Erika Mizun-Moller | tea agency
Erika is a brand strategist and co-founder of tea agency. She refers to herself as a ‘brand therapist’ because of her mixed backgrounds in psychology, journalism and brand leadership. Her forte is in creating compelling narratives driven by human insights. Tea works with scale-ups in emerging tech as well as global b2b companies and luxury brands. She is most passionate about supporting women and paving the way for entrepreneurs.
Ri is an established, award-winning Film and Television Executive Producer with over 20 years’ experience in Film and TV. As an Evaluator with the Malta Film Commission and their Arts Council, she helps support productions with film fund grants, as well as oversees television projects for Arts Channel, Kultura TV. Recently she has worked with forensic patients at Rampton Hospital using therapeutic drama and arts. Ri is on the Board at the Norwich University of the Arts and also a newsreader for Chatterbox Radio, a talking newspaper for the visually impaired. Throughout her career, Ri has promoted the principle of balance and diversity where she has encouraged and empowered women in the creative industries and beyond through workshops, training and panel discussions.
